Chef and Founder Kristin (Tupper) Davies grew up in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia cooking and baking alongside her father from a very young age. Setting up the family home as a restaurant on the weekends was not out of the ordinary. Having moved here from the East coast in the early 90’s after graduating from culinary school and working out west for a season, the beauty and abundance of locally sourced foods drew Kristin to the Niagara region, finally settling in Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Bringing her passion for creating memorable food experiences “Kristin’s” restaurant and catering was created.

Established in 1997, Events by Kristin’s filled a unique niche in the Niagara Region by being one of the first companies to offer full event planning, coordinating and catering, all in one package. “One stop shopping” has become our trademark.

Chef and event planner, Kristin, will work with you to creatively showcase your vision for your reception food. Her team of talented and award winning chefs will design a menu suited to your individual tastes. Our menus focus on locally farmed, seasonal products.  We are known for providing organic (upon request), all natural foods made from scratch and catering to special dietary menus, such as gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian and most recently Keto.

Passionate and detail oriented catering manager Lindsay, will assist all our clients and wedding couples on the day of their event to ensure everything runs smoothly. She will coordinate with you all day for a seamless and fun event.
